Will I be working with the team or an individual REALTOR®?
When you contact Sweet Home Real Estate, you’ll be matched with a real estate agent who we think best meets your needs. If you already know who you want to work with, please let us know in the contact form. You’ll work closely with your individual REALTOR®, but the team is there to back you up whenever you need.
Does it cost anything to view a house?
We can show you houses across Alberta without charging you anything. Contact us and we’ll get the home showings scheduled for you!
Can you sell our house in Calgary?
Yes! We have many clients moving to or from Calgary and can list and show homes across Alberta.
Should I get pre-approved before reaching out?
You can reach out first and we’ll help you figure out the pre-approval. If you already have a pre-approval, that works too!
Do you charge for a market analysis?
Market analyses are 100% complimentary for anyone thinking about selling. We will visit your home, compare it to other homes sold in the area, and weigh what the current buyers value when suggesting a price.
