02. Staging Consultation & Professional Photos

Room by room, with the help of our interior designer, we’ll help you make your home look its best. Advice is always tailored to your property. Then, we’ll hire a professional photographer to get the lights, camera, and angles that ensure your home makes an amazing first impression.

03. Listing & Marketing Your Property

Then it’s ready to list! We’ll be in constant communication with you during this time to make sure you know when people are coming to view your home and what the next steps are. We’ll list your house on realtor.ca, our social media, and our websites. You’ll also get the benefit of our large network, where we’ll share your listing with key players in our community.

04. Negotiating & selling your home

Yay! You got an offer. We’ll help you understand your options when the offer comes in. We’ll read between the lines to negotiate what’s best for you. And all that legal jargon? We’ll translate it so you feel confident before making a decision. After you’ve accepted an offer and the buyer lifts the conditions, your house will officially be sold.
